Originally from Chicago, IL, Aaron had been in the Quad Cities for nearly 17 years until recently moving to Des Moines in 2020. Aaron has been teaching Vinyasa style yoga for 14 years with instruction which works to promote physical awareness, balance and breathing techniques. Certifications include: E-RYT 300, Yin, Prenatal and Master Reiki Level I. He has also been personal training for 12+ years with specialties in functional strength and biomechanics. Certifications include: ACE-PT, NCCPT, PN Level I, PPSC Level I
